Management is very good, maintanance is okay. Would be better but obviously overloaded when you need them. Pest control is good. Your worst problem will be neighbors and previous tenants. Apartments are not thoroughly checked before move in (clogged drains, dirty/non functioning appliances are my experience).

Buildings are kind of old and you can hear your neighbors sometimes. Animals bark when you walk by but keep quiet otherwise.

Underground parking is great, except when the police block the entrance because they pulled someone over at one of their speed traps on oklahoma. Outdoor parking for guests sucks but they can park on the street short term. You can wash or hose the salt off of your car underground.

My entire building smells of smoke. If you're sensitive, avoid this place or at least sniff out the building beforehand. I didn't notice anything when I first moved in, and it seems much worse in the winter.

The laundry facilities are adequate. You need to do your laundry during the week if you want to ensure a machine on your first try or you might have to wait a bit.

Location is good, near a lot of shopping and dining and good freeway access. Public transportation seems good in the area as well.
