Which property management wrote the positive reviews''' Talk to the tenants. One young couple that lived next door to us just moved in about 3 months ago. They took a 9 month lease.....they are not happy at all! Plan to move out at end of their term.

Our experience after only being here 10 months was terrible. Maintenance is very bad! Garage door is always broke! Snow removal is very poor and they are slow to respond on salt request and cleaning.

We complained about the heat valve not working properly.....the zone valve. It was very hot in the apartment. The maintenance answer was just open a window!

How about the property management posting our rent check to another apartment and then calling us asking about our payment. The checks cleared the bank within days after the first of the month but yet Proprety Management waited close to a month before asking about it again. This has happend twice to us.

The exhaust fans in under ground parking have not been running and 1 is missing the fan. I believe this is a health code.

Hallways are filthy, laundry room is filthy. Garage is filthy and never rinsed down of dust and debris. The only hallway that looks good is the one the office is in.

We do not recomend this place at all!
