PLACE IS A DIVE!!

As you can imagine DLK owns this dump like everything else in Whitewater. Place is poorly maintained and loud as hell. You can't get a thing done in this place & it?s a haven for parties! Staff in office are complete jerks & don't care to hear about any problems & the city won't do a thing either!
