If you don't mind puke in the hall, your car getting broken into and a jack*** for landloard this is the place fore you! Oh - but don't forget the constant car alarms, the snow plows that run into your cars and the complete lack of parking not only for tenats but forget your guest. The nice aroma of mold adds to the ambiance. This scum lord of Whitewater has takenover the majority of rental property in the beutiful little Wisconsin town and turned the town into a slum. One last thing - if your looking for curb appeal the bear bottles, weeds and lack of any landscape makes this place for you!
