I would highly recommend looking at the local classifieds before ever even considering renting from DLK. They own everything and won't fund the resources to take care their dozens of apartments. On the other hand, these apartments are primarily rented by young students, many of which are doing the puking in the hallways and treating the place like crap, so I can imagine I would get tired of cleaning up after the slobs too. Anyway, try to rent from an independent landlord. My landlords charge us minimum rent and consistantly visit with us for maintenance. One of them even offered to help me move! The independents get treated like crap from the little "landlord union" in Whitewater, so please help them out because they'll actually treat you with respect. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
