But then again all apartments in this town are crap holes! My recommendation is commute to your classes from someplace else! Just make sure you strictly drive the speed limit as the town of Whitewater gets off on pulling people over for bs. It's a business to them & if you don't believe me take a look at the nice vehicles the police have downtown. All of the money for those came from busting under age parties and speeding tickets last year.
