This apartment is super noisy, you can hear everything thru the walls, floors, celing, outside, everywhere! Toilets are from the 70's and they are not even worth what you use a toilet for. The pavement to the parking lot is horrible its embarrasing to even have family come over because they all scrape there cars/trucks... yea trucks scrape too. Management is on more drugs then I am and nothing ever gets fixed. Good luck I hope you read before you get locked into a 1 year contract with Vullagio.
