Health Hazard run by slumlords - All I can say after living at Cambridge is, all the stories you've heard as a UWW student about DLK are true. My apartment was a health hazard run by slumlords. Could be much better - I've lived in worse apartments, but they were in actual ghettos. For what the rent is here, this building and the way its managed should be much better. WORST: 1 - Management does not do background checks - So, who is your new neighbor going to be? The management is far too stingy to spend $10 on a background check; they allow anyone in.
