I have so many complaints, I don't know where to begin. First, if you do rent here, make sure you pay the deposit that is on your lease. Gary, the apartment manager charges you more for a deposit and/or pet deposit so he can pocket the rest. You notice he has a nice car, but has a minimum wage job and his wife is such a drunk that she definately can not keep one. Both Gary and his wife will be nice to your face, and will talk about you to the other tennants behind your back. He made racist comments to me about my neighbors because they were black, but were their best friends to their faces. Gary and his wife seem to be so drunk most of the time that you can not tell what kind of a mood they are in until it is too late. They like to complain about everything, even cigerette butts. They made such a big deal about it that they sent a news letter out about it-ONLY. I think she gets really wasted and starts writing rude news letters every so often. Gary once told us that she goes on binges so I figure that is when she writes her news letters. Gary's drunk wife will also take your laundry if you forget it in the laundry room overnight, and you have to ask for permission to have it back. How Ridiculous! They are up your buts the entire time, to the point that you do not want to go home. And don't even think about getting your deposit back-probably because Gary has bills to pay. Also, watch for dog poop outside your apartment because they will blame you for that too, even though every apartment has a pet. Another nightmare is parking. The drunk lady will have your car towed, unless you are her friend. They make a huge deal about absolutely nothing, and put rude letters on your car. It is the most childish thing I have ever seen. However if you confront her about it, she is so nice-but she is also so drunk! In conclusion, do not rent here. It was a nightmare! I've never dealt with such rude and ridiculous behavior. Both need to seek professional help. I just hope the owner realizes that he is stealing, and finds a new manager. The townhouses are nice, it is the management that ruins it.

I rented here back in 2002-04 and I didn't have a problem with the local managers but I did have to basically BEG the owner to return my deposit. I really liked the location, the price was low (since they allowed pets), the 1 BR's had full-size w/d so I LOVED that. BUT - the 1 BR's have VERY thin walls so I always heard my neighbors so that was creepy.

yeah i live here now. i can hear everything. pooping through the walls, arguments, ppls tvs and sex, i know bc they hear me hahaha! it sucks... dont move here if u plan to stay a while.. or ull be forced to deal with me.. the sex machine lmao, oh yeah the fat asses are loud and have sex too. nasty they shake the floor by just walking... just imagine them screwing...
