Waterford Village's staff members are very friendly and ready to assist you in any way they can. The landscaping is nice and you can tell it will be gorgeous once the construction is finished.
I agree with the other reviewer on the construction issue. I wasn't aware that it would start so early in the morning and be quite so loud! I thought the construction was moving away from my complex, but now they're constructing two units closer than ever! Parking for my unit is not very big at all, unless I suppose you park across from our unit because there is a spacious lot there.
Also, as of late parking is especially frustrating because new renters with multiple vehicles trying to park both in the already cramped lot.
I don't think the walls are all that sound proof...I can hear when my neighbors open their cabinets, and use the bathroom.
They say that the pool is only open until 10'' but people are most definitely out there until the wee hours of the morning most of the time. Most of the time they are fairly quiet though...but other times you'd think you were partying in Cancun.
The ages that rent here are varied: families,elderly people,college students and everyone in between. But as new buildings are being built I'm noticing more young people than anything.
