I really like my apartment and have recommended it to two co-workers who have also moved into Waterford Village. I looked because a friend of mine recommended it to me.

The construction is a little difficult sometimes, however I expected that when I moved in. The office was very up front about what else would be built near me. I have built my own home before and know the difficulties of construction. I was willing to accept this in order to get a brand new apartment where I could be the very first tenant! I have only lived here a few months and the construction has already moved farther away from my apartment. One of my co-workers is a light sleeper. He choose to move into an apartment a few buildings over from me because it wasn't near the new construction. Both of my co-workers are very happy with their apartments.

They are all new, up to date apartments. They planned for the future when they pre-wired cable outlets above the fireplaces. My flat screen TV looks great! They're not sound proof but close; they're much better than my previous apartment. The bathrooms have granite countertops! I didn't find that in any of the other apartments I looked at. My two bedroom also has two full baths. Everything else I looked at had one bath or at most one full and a tiny half bath. Full size washer and dryer are in my apartment. These are beautiful, spacious apartments. And there's a beautiful pool and a 24 hr workout room. I don't use the playground or the basketball court but those are there also.

And when you move in, you get the owners' cell phone numbers so you can get in touch with them at anytime. I feel safe. It's a nice area.

I'm very happy and would recommend this place to anyone!
