Not too many good things to say about these apartments. I've lived in 300 dollar a month apartments and the management was better than here even though I pay over 900 a month. It is just really unprofessional. They would benefit greatly by having a management company because things such as maintenance requests or any request don't get handled in a timely manner or at all.

Also, if you like living in a construction zone then you will love it here because construction takes place 6 days a week. And they start at 7:30 am on the dot and sometimes earlier. So sleeping in is never an option.

And getting back to the price, they are nicely constructed but definitely not worth what you pay for this area.
