looking at the apartments they are nicely build, and sufficient space for living comfortably. living in the apartments are another story. unless you sleep like a rock you will have a tough time. contstruction is endless and loud. work is carried on as if no one has moved into the complex at all. even worse than construction is the management who gives no regards to tenant well being. pay your rent on time stay outta site, outta trouble, and not have any complaints and you can bet you will still be annoyed by rude staff. proffessionalism is no requirement for them, you are on staff schedule and work days whether it be construction or management be prepared for monotanous door bell rings and knocks that you may mistake for police. the first time they needed a new piece of paperwork signed I honestly thought the door bell was stuck and they were knocking at the door to tell me about it. when my lease is up i am out. anyone that doesnt believe me, apply and pay a thousand dollars a month to live in a three ring circus.
