I am a resident here and honestly I hate it here. I have had nothing but trouble since I moved in - my first room had two inches of water in it and they moved me only after I complained for A MONTH. Second room has an ongoing issue with the plumbing, and no matter what I say it never gets fixed.

The amenities took FOREVER to finally be ready and not only that - but the pool/gym is closed half the time.

Noise is a huge problem - parties last until all hours and you can hear the noises of people throwing stuff and smashing glass lightbulb globes on the sidewalks.

So save your money - go find a different place. They charge WAY too much for what you get.

Humm..it always amazes me how those who pay their rents late, have unauthorized animals in their apartments and other issues always seems to complain. You go out of your way to accomodate people and in the end you always get screwed....A lesson well learned today..maybe that's why they won't be getting their damange deposit back. but enuff of my time has already been wasted here by even exerting the energy to reply to this. Good Luck in life!
