It was a nice place when it first opened in the 70's but things are very different now. I began to feel unsafe in the mid 70's, went back to visit in the 90's and was shocked at how poorly kept it looked, trash, urine in hallways, I thank God I never lived there during these times. My heart aches for those that can not afford to move out, shootings, rapes, car break ins, burglary, theft, these things are not worth your peace of mind and before you get stuck living in hell, look hard first for somewhere else to live, and I pray those that are stuck there get out as fast as they can. I lived in fear and was afraid of being raped, it seemed the police were afraid to go there and patrol.
