I Miss It I lived up City Park for six and a half years and there is drug dealing, shootings, rape, and voilence but i love it and I wish i could go back.

Customer Service Good Apartments, though customer service is very bad. There is one another community for these guys, Roselane apartments. Witner time, it is realy pain to drive up the hill.

Lived there for 14 years.... ITS TERRIBLE.... I would never turn back even if I was homeless.. You nor your children are safe. There are shootings, rapes, drugs and I can?t describe what else.

Not Bad at all! The problem is not with the company, it´s the tenants! People break stuff on purpose and complain if it´s not fixed immediately.

it is not a nice place to live I have lived in the townhouses at Spring Hill apt.´s for a year now. I am married with 3 very young children.I can´t even take my children out to play there are shootings there all the time.There are drug dealers and drunks running around.You never know what

I wouldnt recomend living there I lived in Spring Hill apartments for two years and I went to Capital High school as well. There are alot of drug dealings,shootings, rape and robberys. I was so scared to even walk to my apartment after school. I wouldnt go out the house when it got dark. My
