I have been living at Roxalana for the past few years. It is so easy to live here, that I have not really been motivated to look for a house. From the mostly great staff, to the convenient (but small) workout room, I would definately recommend these apartments.
The buildings were built in the late 1970's i think, but they are VERY well kept up and maintaince is excellent. They are very pro-active with maintaince. We lived here over 3 years, and at the 3 year date, they told us they were going to replace our stove and bathroom flooring and carpet if we wanted them to. Did not have to wait for things to break for them to replace them.
And every single time I called maintance, they show up that same day. I have long hair and it makes the bathtub drain slow sometimes, and they come the very day i call them to clean it. One day, on a Saturday morning, we had about 10 wasps outside our window, and getting in somehow. Called maintaince, and they came immediately and sprayed with some bug spray and looked for a wasps nest, and tried to find the source. Said that if we have the problem again, they would call an exterminator monday. Didn't have to, the problem was fixed.
And that reminds me too. Never once have I seen a roach. Had some ants once on our balcony, but only once.
And they are good about keeping the riff-raff out too. Once a not too pleasant family moved into our building and were always fighting and causing domestic disturbances. Well, they were evicted within a month after being warned.
And there is always plenty of parking, even for friends and visitors stopping by. And don't be afraid of the hill that you drive up to get to some of the apartments. In the winter, they always salt it and keep it clean of snow. Their maintance men (who i think live in some of the units) have a truck owned by roxalana hills that plows the complex SUPER early in the morning or evening, 24-7, weekend or holiday too.
I realize i am rambling, but I have to move to another city, and have used this site to research my options. I am pretty depressed at what is available in the other city. I wish I could take Roxalana Hills with me!

I have a quick question for you, if you would be so kind to respond. I am set to move into Roxalana Hills next month, in building #7 to be exact. I have yet to see the inside of this particular building, but did notice that it is different from the others (much smaller). Do you know anything about this particular building? Is it of the same quality as the others? Thanks for your help!
