I don't know why people do not get their security deposit. We lived at the village until we bought our house and everything we needed to do was written out in detail and Sarah did a walk through with me just to be sure we didn't miss anything - which we had. I just did the things that she said we would need to do. All that was kept was the amount for the carpet cleaning, which I had them do. The property is clean and well managed. Things have improved over the last couple years.
