For the first 10 months or so I lived here, I was completely satisfied. but the management in Fairmont has gone downhill since Sara left. The girls there tend to be petty and sometimes unhelpful. I was charged a 10% late fee, even though my rent was NOT late, because the girl in the office didn't 'find' my payment on time. I fought it but she threatened to get me evicted and then she intercepted a sealed letter that I had written and addressed to Sara.

I've also experienced the noisy neighbors. The ones across the parking lot tend to turn up their loud music and sit out on their porch yelling at the tv, especially during football season. Not bad, but I can hear it across the parking lot, with my windows shut and that's bothersome.

The appearance is very nice and I love that there's a pool on the grounds. But tenants generally are inconsiderate, driving too fast through the parking lots and people seem to let their children run and play unsupervised.

I can handle the kids playing and the fast driving, but I'm not willing to deal with shoddy management and uncontrolled noise. I will not be signing a new lease with CZS if I can help it.
