that when you leave you can not get the apt clean enough and will be charged cleaning.
that you can hear everything your upstairs neighbor does.
that when their equipment breaks and your utilities go up, you pay the bill without reimbursement.
that when you leave you will most likely get back at most 20% of your deposit.

I still live at the Village apartments and I couldn't agree more with all of the complaints I've heard. I'm more afraid of moving out than anything, due to the hassle friends of mine have gotten when they moved. The owners definitely need to look at the management in Fairmont if they want people to keep renting there.
