I really loved the ample space in this apt the rent was only 531 w/ a w/d a month bills were only like 140, it was a 1bd apt. Jim the landlord man was great and so is his wife. I was there for 2 years. My apt was only like 600 sq feet really small compared to my 1,000 sq foot apt here in phx. I would of stayed at this apt if i didnt have plans to move outta state. But Id have to say for wv this apt is really nice though considering the other slums i'd seen people I knew lived in uck. Now the janitor ha hes a lil shaddy but hes ok so dont worry about him lol the area is very safe also. Ha have fun getting up that hill in the winter, if u have crap tires LOL i loved to watch idiots there not being able to drive, cleaning off ur car is horrid 2 never again will i do it.

Did two people write this review? It started out somewhat intelligently, and then quickly degraded to text messaging style, street slang, and nonsense; the sort of thing you'd expect to see from a teenager on a blog site. As such I can't tell what to believe, so it's worthless.
