Apartment is infested with fleas.

Please help us in apt 69 to get rid of the infestion of fleas. We just moved in 4 days ago and my husband is getting bit all over. The irony is that we don't have any pets there. So I KNOW for a fact that did not come from us. My husband has been working 14 hours a day 7 days a week. So could the office girl get a couple flea bombs or what ever will get rid of fleas ASAP.. NOW. and just drop them off in the apartment and my husband could set the bombs off before he leaves for work at 5am, then that way he can make sure that all of his food is closed up and put away.
todays date is 10/27/09 and we need to get rid of these fleas NOW, TODAY...... YESTERDAY!!!!!! Before they really get out of hand. I am coming to move in 2 weeks and I do have a small beautiful cat that IS NOT INFESTED. Please get rid of this infestion now. I appreciate your consideration and promptness to this disgusting matter.
