dont rent from the woodlands - I have live many places, and this is by far the WORSE place I have EVER lived! Since the time my husband and I moved in we have had problems with the people above us. Enjoy it here at Chateau South Quiet complex with a nice mix of families, singles, seniors. Apartment is well appointed with a fireplace, patio, laundry room and garage. Great place for pet owners with lighted walking paths around ponds. Maintenance requests have been taken care

noisy & poorly built Do not stay here. Walls are paper thin. You can hear neighbors using the bathroom as if you are standing in the room with them. Apartment does nothing about noise issues whatsoever. They are crooks who care nothing at all about the comfort of the residents.

noise Honestly, after the fire here at whitehall I am paranoid about living here. You never know what people do around here or it could have been an electrical problem. Plus our neighbors are extremely noisy. You can feel the whole building vibrate due to their tv or music they play

Stay away They are the biggest bunch of posturing liars and theives I ever dealt with. They can talk you into the place but it will cost you to leave. We complied fully with the lease and they kept 80% of $950 deposit.
