I have lived here since I came to college in the fall of 2002, and I have not had any problems or complaints. The maintenance guys are wonderful and will take care of your problem the same day you call most of the time. Everything is always kept neat and clean. They will not try to keep your deposit money either. I have loved it here and I would recommend it to anyone.
