Given the market at this present time, it would be comparable per month to buy a house then pay the rent here. If problems come up, do not look to the local or corporate management, they will side with money. There are some pros to living here, the complex is well kept. However, my last draw was when they came into my apartment without informing me claiming it was a emergency situation when it was not. When I took the matter to the management they did not care about my compliant. They made me feel as if the problems I was having were my doing and my cat that I was paying extra a month to have. Things got to a point with a neighbor that I felt the only option was to move out. I went through the steps to move out. The management became less willing to work with me. On the day when I finally moved out, the Police were called on me for making excessive noise. I do not feel I was treated fairly. I would look for a place some where else. There are plenty of apartments in the Barborsville area.
