For the Basics, Courtyards is very cheaply constructed, they put them up as quick and as low cost as possible. The linoleum in my bathroom was not even cut and measured properly and rolled at the sink. There was a huge hole in my bathtub that they never fixed, they just had me write it down and left it there. The bar/barstools in the two bedroom are completely useless. Too high to sit comfortably and not enough room to eat. Maintainance generally takes forever although there were some exceptions. In Jan. '06 my apartment was robbed. The door was kicked in @ 11 a.m. during broad daylight on the first day of MU classes with tons of people around. My license plate was also ripped from my car and I spent a day @ the police station to retrieve it.
It's extremely noisy if you don't want to party every single night of the week. Like me & my roommate, we were actually there to study not have a kegger on a Wednesday night. The landlord is a complete liar, he promised to let us out of our lease the last year we were there cause we were having financial problems, but completely avoided me. In my opinion, it is WAY overpriced for what you get.

I agree...HUGE WASTE! We begged the owners to remove one of our roomates because she was letting strange people in the apartment (who later robbed us) and even when we told the owner she was smoking weed on the porch he said "now girls, lets see if we just cant work this out."...The noise is horrible. There is only one security officer and he only goes around if u call him...and he is home. The owners are huge liars and will avoid you at all costs.
