I have lived in courtyards for my past two years of college and i think it is a very good place to live. it is conviently located close to the marshall campus. the rooms are very clean, and when you first move in the walls have a fresh coat of paint and the carpet has been cleaned. i especially love meeting all the people throughout the complex. Everyone there almost attends the college and you become friends with a lot of them. as far as safety goes, i have never had any trouble with people breaking in or any trouble at night walking to my car. each apartment has its own security alarm, and each room also has a button you can press by your bed in case of an emergency. there is also a few familes that live here which shows it is a safe place to live. i mean no parent would want their family living in an unsafe environment. and the best thing about rent is that it is cheap, and utilities are even included.
