Yes, it is a little noisy. You are also only two blocks from campus and the football stadium. New furniture, weightroom, pool, computer labs, tanning beds, enough for confortable living for students. The four bedroom, two baths aren't very big, but for $389 all utilities included, you can't beat the price. I came to this website when checking out places to live and I think all the other rantings are wrong. They must have been written before ownership switched hands. Everyone I know who lives there loves it. Check it out, you may love it too.
