So yeah the upstairs and next door neighbors are total freaks, I know that because the walls are thinner than the Olsen twins getting ready for the beach. Ceiling tiles are moldy and leak whenever it rains and I'm not on the top floor. The frat houses next to me are pretty loud at night and it's really hard to study. There were holes in the doors and parts of the wall, and the people who painted the apartment before I moved in painted over the former tenants boogers. The laundry room is a complete waste of quarters usually takes 3 times in the dry to get a single pair of pants done. I almost got killed in the Carbon monoxide leak they had here. Basically the only positive thing about this place is the short walk to Marshall other than that it's crappy. Save yourself some money and look elsewhere.

Actually, it's the same ownership. He/she's talking about "the Castle" owned by Pyramid Properties.
