I lived in the Emmons apartments for 2 years and I really felt like i was my home. It is a wonderul older building with lots of character and charm. My apartment had hardwood floors, a balcony with city views and wonderful 10 foot ceilings. The location in great, right between campus and Pullman Square! The rents are very reasonable and the only utility I had to pay was electric...thank god no gas! The new owner is making many cosmetic changes and it looks better than ever. I was very sad to leave and would highly recommend the Emmons Apartments to anyone!
