Overall, GP wasn't a bad place to live. The rent was much higher then than now. I think it's gone down close to eighty bucks. But it was well worth it compared to other places I have lived. For example, at GP they have actual General Electric applicances which actually work...instead of the cheap stuff you usually find in apartment complexes. I didn't have many problems with noise, which is good if you are a Marshall student who needs to study. The carpet was a little dirty when I moved in even though they were supposed to clean it. I do have that complaint. But they were always prompt on fixing things. THe one bedroom I lived in didn't allow pets...but there wasn't really room for one anyway. Also I never had a problem with parking and it was really close to my unit.
