The amount of maintenance problems I have had here has been insane. To their credit, Garden Park fixes problems pretty fast, but it is clear that they have responsive, rather than preventative, maintenance. There are bugs in my apartment at least twice a week, and there has been this ...smell...coming from my disposal ever since I moved in. The structural condition of the place is ok, but if I had to give Garden Park a grade, it would be a C.
