So this place isn't called the upperclassman anymore it now the Flats on Fourth. The new owners are really turning the building around and making a lot of changes. I just moved to an "upgraded" apartment and it's amazing, I <3 my new sofa. What showed me that they cared was that right after I moved out of my old apartment they completely renovated it. The staff is really nice and the new building manager is good at getting things fixed and maintainence is done in no-time. In my old apartment the internet sucked then they switched to this wireless system and things work fine. I have renewed my lease twice and so far and I have one more renewal before I graduate and I am going to be staying at the flats.
