I'm glad I'm out. My lease was over at the end of May, but I left shortly after graduation on May 9th. Was told I would receive a deposit refund after about 30 days from the end of the lease. I'm still waiting... The place has changed hands twice in the two years I was there, so I will probably never see the money.

Also had problems with locks. Once they intentionally locked me out b/c the computer said I owed money. This was despite the fact that I had payed off my entire lease. Also had the toilet of the tenant upstairs flood my apartment. On top of that, I have a nice scratch down the side of my car to remind me of the place.

The DSL was slow and constantly down. The only thing good they have done lately is close off the main door late at night to non-tenants, forcing bar patrons to enter at the side. Before that, the whole building was open to anyone who wanted to stroll inside. The loud music on schools nights is a bad idea for a place which caters to students. If you must live hear, try to get a room on the backside where it is much quieter.
