The new owners are really turning the building around and making a lot of changes. I just moved to an "upgraded" apartment and it's amazing, I <3 my new sofa. Cheap and Nice! - These are by far the least expensive apartments that I looked at! The are only like 5 years old and they are nice, I even have a dishwasher! nice carpet and paint parking is good close to campus. The maintenance department is prompt and courteous. Excellent Management I have lived here since Feb. 08, I have a corporate lease. The apartments are very nice and you don't here your neighbors thru the walls. But the best thing about the complex is the management staff, very eager to help and they take care of any problems ASAP.
