What a dump!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
This place is not worth what is charged for rent! Average rent for an efficiency apt. is around $525 or more and for a one bedroom, around $650. The landlords are never around when you need them, parking is ridiculous and everything falls apart or breaks down real easily! Not to mention that this neighborhood is full of nutcases!
