I lived at Foxcroft for a little over a year. The apartments are a pretty good size. The cabinets and counters and such were a little outdated, but nothing major...typical browns and creams. The management staff was great. Any problems that we had were handled right away. It's a really quiet place. The age of people there tended to be 35ish - not a lot of younger people which was a draw back to me as I am still in my very early 20's. We never heard our neighbors. Actually, we rarely even saw our neighbors. The entire time we were there, we only met people from 3 other units. It's convienant to a lot of stuff in Martinsburg.
Overall, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay that isn't wanting a big social scene.
