My husband and I and our baby boy lived there for 3 months. Our son was 4,5, and 6 months there, and it was the perfect environment for him to develop. It was clean and safe and maintenece was prompt to help with any problems, ESPECIALLY health problems, with the apartment. There is a beautiful park area with a picnic table and grill and large lawns to play in.
