It's been awhile since I lived at Shenandoah Village Apts, however I have reccomended them to many of the people I work with, including my son. The rent is reasonable, I've never had a problem with noisy neighbors, and maintenance issues were always adressed by the staff in a timely manner. Parking can be tight, depending on what time you get home and how many spaces are available for your building. The grounds are well kept and clean. Not having to pay for heat, fuel for the stove and hot water, along with the included water, sewer and trash is definitely a plus.
