I have lived here for 7 months and have had the worst experience. I have had it out with Becky and Kim, because they are very disrespectful. The office always smells and is nothing but a cloud of smoke. They never dress professional. The parking is horrible, If you can't find a spot near you apartment you have to walk. However, her son can make his own parking spot, that is in everyone's way. My kids can't be outside by themselves, but her grandkids can run around wherever and whenever they please. This place needs some serious work, starting with the office staff!

What place do you live at. Because you can't get no better than The cottages, If you are so unhappy about the Office staff then move to a place that you can afford.I would recommend like the Oak Tree Apartments or Roberts Gardens, Porter Ave,Wilson Street. You don't have to stay here. I go into the office and have never smelled smoke.What grand kids are you talking about she has two baby grand kids both are a year old. I have never seen them running around the neighbor hood by there self.(what) Get real. Check your information before you put it out there. Becky, Kim, Jerry and Bob is the best.
