Maybe you should look on your lease to see who the Property Management is, I believe it is in another state. You should write your concerns or petitions to the Owners. They office staff just "works" there and "manages" there. They have to report to someone higher up and thats who you need to voice all your complaints with. Better yet, write a letter to the Editor of your local newspaper and get your voices heard if you think the management breaks the rules, are unprofessional by actions or words, and you feel you are being treat unfairly.

I think this the property management are very professional and have never made any unprofessional actions or words. This is a very better person. I would recommend these apartments to any person. This is the best community and safe environment. Becky and Kim are very respectable and always treats everybody with respect. I always see those ladies dressed very professional. Becky and Kim do outstanding work in that office. they follow rules just like all the tenants.

The reason most tennants comment anonymously, if at all, is because of fear of retaliation from Becky & many of us have seen that retaliation in action. It's also obvious that the "favorable" comments are coming directly from the office in an attempt by Becky to deflect the negative ones. Her questionable reputation is well known not only throughout the apartment complex but extends into the community via the local bars. One would only have to speak with some of our local law enforcement to learn that she is less than desirable not only as an apartment manager but as a neighbor as well. [Note] Smoking in the workplace is in violation of the county smoking ordinance & the rental office is constantly filled with cigarette smoke.
