I would say yes to this community. It is the best and safest place you could ever live. You can always walk around the area and it is kept very clean. The kids can play outside and they all get along with each other, you don't have to worry about that at all. Becky and Kim always make sure the apartments and the community are up to safety codes. Inspections are done properly. They always respect your privacy. We have a nice clean park for the children to play. Becky and Kim went out of their way to go buy the littler kid pop cycles for the first day of school. They also do holiday party's for the kids in the community.I have never had a problem with the office staff. If i have any problems with the appliance or the air condition, gas heat. It gets repair right away. We had never had to wait for any repairs. Becky does the best job and we love her. She is the best. Kim does a awesome job and very professional.I would recommend this place to any person looking for a beautiful environment. Becky has a wonderful and very respectable family. and yes both ladies follows the rules just like all the tenants. Kim has always follows the rules from the first day she moved here. Highly recommend it here. I love it.....
