I have been here at the Cottages 9 years this December and I love it. Becky has went to bat for me after my divorce and really helped me in the past and I respect her for that. The Cottages are a great place to live and I don't care what anyone says. The ones who are bitching about things are only saying bad things in anger and the truth is if they didn't break the rules this wouldn't have happened. So it's there own fault....not Beckys or Kims. Becky will do anything in her power to help you if you respect her and obey the rules of the Cottages. The rules make this a good place to live and the grounds are always kept up and look nice. We've all lived in poor managed housing one time or another, it sucks! Well, The Cottages of Martinsburg is NOT one of those places. I think the Cottages are Managed in a professional manner and I will continue to recommend ANYONE to The Cottages for a place to live. You will not find any place to live in Martinsburg that has a garage and is kept up so nice. So to all that read this...Do not judge the Cottages or Becky and Kim on the ignorant rambilings of a few bad apples, these people most likely brought this on themselves.
