Quiet and rules are enforced (thankfully). Units are decent, no stairs, and most tenants are either serious students or professionals. Maintenance is prompt and office is professional. Usually has a waiting list so that should tell you something. If you're an adult you'll probably like it here. If you're immature - look elsewhere. Rent is very reasonable compared to some of the other sites in Morgantown. Electric heating bills can get rather high in winter due to motel-style through-the-wall heaters.
