I'm getting ready to move after almost 2 yrs here. The office staff and maint. guys are great and the price is a bargin. If you're looking for a place that isn't "apartment" like, come here - all single story, with from 4 to 8 apartments per building. Lots of green space with trees - very pet friendly. The neighbors are young professionals, grad students and retired - nice and quiet. And the utilities are a bargin as well - can't imagine a better apartment experience.
