These people helped me move, sight-unseen, and I was pleasantly surprised. The rates are completely affordable. The decor is a little old, but neutral and perfectly do-able. Everything was sparkling clean when I moved in. The grounds are really well maintained, with plenty of space for my large dog to run around. Friendly, helpful staff with good communication about inspections and other events. Can't comment on maintenance speed or quality -- I haven't needed any! A great place to live.
