I am a current resident coming up on 2 years. I visited a friend here years ago several times and always loved these apartments. The fact that they are ALL one story is perfect. It's very quiet. I had one trouble with noise and they took care of it. It's mostly older adults, not a lot of college kids. I really love it here.
