There are cracks in the walls and in the ceilings from where the land is shifting. The landlord has a criminal past, so does everyone that works for him. We had things that came up missing all the time, and all they have to do is deny taking it, so the police could not do anything about it. The kitchen is very small and the oven was really outdated that you could not even read what setting the stove was on. In the summer, ants are a major problem because of dead trees in the back. The bath tub does not drain well, and when there are problems in the unit, it is never the landlords problem to fix it. And the lawn was never mowed in the summer time, landscape was very unkempt. I would not recommend this place to any decent human being
