i am living in eastgate right now. i have never had a problem with the landlord and before i moved in the carpet, paint, windows and fridge. my only real complaints are that there are no laundry rooms and no dishwasher. but the rent is low so i'm not gonna complain too much about it. and as far as the landlord being a jerk that is so far off, he would give me a ride into town when i wrecked my car so i wouldn't have to walk. i like it here.
