I've lived in GTA for a year now and so far things have been swimmingly. Our garbage disposal has broken a million times and our oven once, they always send someone to fix it promply. Also they sweep off your walk way in the snow. Very steep parking though. So kinda scary sometimes. management is hard to get ahold of now and then.
